Spoon Rest

Wheel-thrown spoon rest made with stoneware clay and glazed in a variety of colours.
Very useful object to have at hand while cooking or serving, so you can rest your cooking utensils without making a mess of your kitchen countertops/tables. To ensure your utensils do not sit in liquid, each spoon have a raised spiral design.
Also, very convenient place to put your just strained tea bag, I've been told! :)

The price listed is for ONE spoon rest. Wooden spoon NOT included.

* Oven, dishwasher and microwave-safe. I recommend hand-wash handmade stoneware in general.
* All glazes are food safe (lead-free).
* As with all ceramic cook-dinnerware, please avoid subjecting the pieces to extreme thermal shock. Sudden transfer from hot to cold temperatures and vice versa can cause damage (cracking) to the piece.
* Ceramic pieces will get hot when heated or if containing just boiled liquids (especially the ones made with black clay) so please be careful when handling them.
* Since all my pieces are handmade, no two items are exactly alike but I do make sure the pictures show them as realistically as possible.
